This Saturday, Toys R Us is holding an event to build your own hero shield. Rick3691 took the TRU designs and came of with several of his own for other heroes.
ThePenguin has made a great number of custom figs, often from all iterations of the Batman universe. One of his most recent turned the Hulk fig into this awesome Bane:
