This Batman sculpture was also built by LEGO professionals. I'm not sure where it was on display recently, but I think it was first produced in promotion of the LEGO Batman video game.
Not technically from a comic, but Iain Heath, aka Ochre Jelly, of The Living Brick made Kick Ass and Hit Girl. -Oops- As pointed out in the comments, I guess the movie was based on an actual comic. -One more edit- I've also corrected the builder, above.
